This Privacy Policy describes how Neural AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Dominium mobile application (“the App”). By using Dominium, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following types of information when you use the App:

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Profile information: your role within a condominium (e.g. unit owner, employee, admin).
• Usage data: interactions with features such as contributions, maintenance requests, communications, and file management.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and a push notification token (FCM token) used to deliver notifications to your device.
• Communications: messages and content you submit through the in-app communication features.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Dominium application.
• Send push notifications related to your condominium activity (e.g. new communications, maintenance updates).
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: third-party services we use to operate the App, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Google Firebase (push notifications). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Other condominium members: certain information (e.g. your name, role, and communications) may be visible to other authorised members of your condominium within the App.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Push notifications

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. Your device token is stored solely for the purpose of delivering notifications and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties beyond Firebase.

7. Children's privacy

Dominium is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
• Request a portable copy of your data.
